Subscriptions
The pro subscription includes a trial period stated at checkout; the trial is the try-before-you-buy. After a renewal charge, we do not issue partial-month refunds. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then. If a billing error on our side charges you incorrectly, we refund the difference in full. Write to legal@clerkfees.com.
One-time purchases
When one-time digital purchases (such as filing packets) are available, they are refundable at any point before download or delivery, and non-refundable after, and that status is stated before purchase. If a delivered item is defective, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
